Presentation of the artist:
Mayphy is an international musician. In Tokyo, she achieved a 15-year career as a dancer and actor. In 2006 she moved to London for three years of music study, earning one-year diplomas in Vocals at Vocaltech, Piano Performance & Production at LCCM (London College of Creative Media) and a Certificate of Teaching from ABRSM.
Gaining experience in performance and composition, she became a professional singer/songwriter and jazz singer. In 2008, she participated in the theatrical musical, “Griot” (Bernie Grant Arts Centre, London), and performed as a vocalist in a venue band at Umbria Jazz Festival, Italy.
