Lemon Verbena Herbal Tea - レモンバーベナ
In this video, we take a short break from Tea (Camellia Sinensis) and we introduce a wonderful herbal tea that is commonly drunk in France but mostly unknown in Japan.
Benefits: no caffeine, helps to relax and great for digestion.
And it smells and tastes beautifully!
Our Verbena is locally grown in Kyoto and available at our shop in Gion.
