商品到着後7日以内で未開封のものに限り、弊社に連絡、判断後でしたら返品可能です。返品の場合の送料はお客様の負担です。不良品につきましては、弊社へ連絡、確認後、着払い返送を受けた後に同商品が有る場合は良品と交換、同商品がない場合はご返金となります。返品について商品到着後7日以内で未開封のものに限り、弊社に連絡後、正当な理由と判断できた場合は返品可能です。但し、この場合に生じる送料などの諸経費はお客様のご負担となります。交換について万が一、商品の不良などにより交換をご希望の場合は、お手数ですが一度、メールかお電話にてご連絡下さい。確認後、着払い返送を受けた後に同商品が有る場合は良品と交換、同商品がない場合はご返金いたします。
